Vanderbilt University is a member of the Fair Labor Association (FLA) and the Worker Rights Consortium (WRC). The minimum, and non-negotiable requirement, is that all Vanderbilt University licensees seek and receive membership in the FLA
Vanderbilt University is committed to conducting its business affairs in a socially responsible manner. With this commitment, Vanderbilt University expects each licensee to recognize its responsibilities to employees for the conditions under which all licensed products and/or services are produced. Every employee involved in the process of assembling products or services manufactured, sold, or distributed by a licensee must be provided with decent working conditions and must be treated with dignity and respect. In order to hold each licensee accountable, Vanderbilt University has implemented the following Code of Conduct. It is expected and required for each licensee to educate the Code of Conduct to all employees, contractors, subcontractors and primary suppliers.
