Registration Fees
The regular
registration fee for
the conference is $200 and
includes admission and
transportation to and from the Henry
Ford Museum event and banquet.
Registration for graduate students
and postdoctorals will be
$60 (Henry Ford Museum event and
banquet is not included
with the $60 registration fee -
Tickets to the Henry Ford
Museum Event and Banquet can be
purchased for an
additional $60).
Registration for
the pre-meeting minicourse should be made
through
Professor Curran or along with
regular conference registration on the conference registration form:
http://www.cms.housing.umich.edu/gomberg/registration.htm (the pre-meeting
minicourse requires a separate fee).

Registration Procedures
Registration is possible with the secure
on-line registration
form (a credit card is required
for on-line registration), or by
faxing or mailing in the paper version of the
registration form
(pdf-version that can be viewed and
printed with Adobe
Acrobat Reader). Payment of
registration fees is accepted by
credit card (Visa / MasterCard /
American Express), check /
money order (drawn on U.S. bank),
or by purchase order.
- Those who wish to pay by
credit card, may register
on-line, or by faxing
or mailing in the paper
registration form.
- Those
who wish to pay by
purchase order, should mail
or fax in the paper
registration form.
- Those who wish to pay by
check / money order should
mail in the paper
registration form.
Registration Fee
Cancellation/Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund of
fees, written notice of
cancellation must be received via
fax or surface mail by Friday,
June 9, 2000. There will be a $50
handling charge for all
cancellations. Written statements
of cancellation may be
mailed or faxed to:
