All participants are encouraged to contribute posters. In addition, we will select a limited number of submitted abstracts for a short oral presentation (25 min). Please indicate if you are willing to present your poster in a short talk.

Poster Specifics

The poster board size is 4 x 6 feet. Boards are usually ready approximately one hour prior to the start time of the session for authors to mount their papers. Authors is responsible for removing their material after the close of the session. We will provide a reasonable supply of push-pins and masking tape, although presenters would be wise to bring their own.

AV and Other Requirements
Each room will be equipped with one overhead projector and one slide projector. Other special AV needs and requests will be considered on an individual bases.

Submission of Poster Abstracts
An illustrative example of a poster abstract can be downloaded as a pdf-file. Abstracts may include graphics and should not exceed one 8.5 x 11" page.

If you prefer to submit your abstract electronically, you may do so either via email attachment or floppy disk. When you submit your information/abstract to us, please indicate which one of the following formats you have used: MS Word, WordPerfect or ASCII text file. Also, be sure to indicate the
platform: Macintosh, PC, other.

Abstract Requirements
Every abstract submission requires the following information:
- Last name, first name of presenter
- Poster only or Poster AND short talk ?
- Academic or other affiliation
- Street address, city, state/province/country, ZIP
- Phone number (include area code)
- Fax number (include area code)
- Email address
- Poster title, authors, addresses
