Traveling to Vanderbilt University from Nashville International Airport

Take I-40 west to exit 209A. Turn left onto Broadway. Follow Broadway and veer right to West End Avenue. Allow approximately thirty minutes driving time from the airport to Vanderbilt University. If traffic is light, it will take less time.

Traveling to Vanderbilt University via the Interstate

• From the north, take I-65 to I-40 west and then look for I-40 east exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway.
• From the east or south, take I-40 west to exit 209A. Turn right on Broadway.
• From the west, take I-40 east to exit 209B. Turn right on Broadway (US 70S). Follow Broadway and veer right to West End Avenue.

Vanderbilt University is located a mile and a half southwest of downtown Nashville and is approximately 4 hours from Atlanta, 3 hours from Birmingham, 2½ hours from Knoxville, 3 hours from Louisville and 3 hours from Memphis.

Single Room: $41.00/night

The traditional single dorm room comes furnished with a twin bed, a dressers, a desk, a chair, a closets, a pillow and bed linens. Rooms are set-up as suites with 4 bedrooms to one bathroom. We recommend guests bring hangers, a robe and toiletries (including soap and shampoo). The rate listed below does not include the mandatory Metro City Tax, Accommodation Tax and Sales Tax. All taxes will be calculated and can be viewed at check out.

Double Room: $31.00/night per person

The traditional double dorm room come furnished with two twin beds, two dressers, two desk, two chairs, two closets, pillows and bed linens.  Rooms are set-up as suites with 4 bedrooms to one bathroom. We recommend guests bring hangers, a robe and toiletries (including soap and shampoo).  The rate listed below does not include the mandatory Metro City Tax, Accommodation Tax and Sales Tax. Check-In Information for On-Campus Housing:
To check-in please see the front desk attendant to receive your room keys. If the staff member is away from the desk assisting another guest or you arriving after hours, please call 615-343-8699. This number is also listed on the front door of the building. An available staff member will meet you in the lobby within 10 minutes to get you checked in.
