Registration includes:

EMI-only membership for non-member full registration
According to EMI policy, each abstract has to be accompanied by a separate registration in order to be included in the technical program. Multiple abstracts cannot be associated with a single registration.
Please note that each accepted abstract requires an accompanying registration by March 1, 2016 in order to be included in the conference program.

If you are registering as an EMI Member, your membership status will be verified with EMI headquarters.
*Special EMI-Only Membership Offer:
EMI 2016 attendees who are not currently members of EMI or ASCE and pay the non-member registration fee will receive a complimentary EMI-only membership until December 31, 2017.
**Students:
If you are registering as a full-time student, please e-mail a copy of your current student identification card to emipmc2016@vanderbilt.edu.
Payment:
Payment can be made with Visa or Mastercard when completing your registration.
No checks will be accepted.
No wire transfers will be accepted.
Registration Cancellations:
Cancellations must be received in writing to emipmc2016@vanderbilt.edu . Cancellations received prior to April 1 will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 1 will be refunded 50% of registration fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after May 1.
Short Course Cancellations:
In the event of the cancellation of a short course (due to insufficient enrollment, unforeseen unavailability of the instructor, etc.), those already registered for the short course will be refunded in full.
