Conrad: Upon returning to the earlier point made on the definition of intelligence, no one can surely define an intelligent society.  By concretely defining it, intelligence could possibly be another human attribute that will be the basis for discrimination – much more so than it is today.  Civilizations garner no more success than the people who live in it believe they can achieve.
