3. Squeeze the rubber bulb and insert the pipette into the liquid to be used.  Permit the tip to reach nearly to the bottom of the container.

4. By releasing the rubber bulb slowly, draw some liquid into the pipette.

5. Remove the bulb from the pipette, capping the pipette with your finger at the same time.

6. Rinse the pipette by turning it to a horizontal position and allowing the liquid to flow from one end of the pipette the other.
