WGS Gender/Sexuality Matters: International LGBT Issues with Dr. Tara McKay

Dr. McKay will present her work on LGBT criminalization and activism in Africa. For the past few months, she has been serving as an expert witness in an asylum case for a gay man from Malawi. Due in part to her expert testimony on human rights and health care conditions, the government offered him asylum.
