Vanderbilt Mail Services handles all incoming packages and mail for students. Prior to your arrival at Vanderbilt, you may choose to have some of your personal effects shipped directly to campus. Please review the following information regarding shipping.
- All students are assigned a Private Mail Box (PMB) Number in early August. You will receive your four-digit PMB number by visiting vanderbilt.edu/ mailservices. On the right side of the main page, click on mail forwarding and log in; your PMB will be listed. Please address mail and packages to your PMB address, using the format shown below. Mail and packages should never be addressed to residence halls. You must use this number when having packages shipped to campus, regardless of carrier.

- Based on your student type and housing location, you may be eligible for in-room delivery or pickup at one of our package pick up tents. For more detailed information on shipping packages to Vanderbilt, visit the mail services website.
- Packages may begin being shipped to campus for Move-In on August 2.
