Research Interests:
My research mainly focuses on diffusion-weighted MRI, and tractography. I contribute to various open-source software (Dipy, Nibabel, COMMIT, Scilpy). My contributions revolve around bundle segmentations, bundle-specific tractography, reproducibility evaluation of segmentation approaches and connectomics.
