Research interests:

I am interested in quantifying environmental variables and analyzing their impact on epigenetic changes, specifically DNA methylation changes in neurodegenerative diseases. Additionally, I am fascinated by machine learning approaches applied to images of brains on these diseases. Lastly, I am intrigued by searching for protein biomarkers that can facilitate more accurate and faster diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
