Gym Access
The Vanderbilt gym is located within walking distance of your assigned housing, and as summer interns you are eligible to purchase a membership for June and July. There will be a $90 one-time fee and students can get the memberships starting on June 1.
Parking
If you are going to have a car on campus, you will need to purchase a parking permit from Vanderbilt parking. Permits will cost $165 for the entirety of the summer. Permits need to be purchased in person, and can be done so at VUPS Parking Services. The address is 111 28th AV S, Nashville, TN 37212, and their business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Vandy Apps
There are several Vanderbilt apps available for download that give you access to campus maps, latest news, and more. Special note should be given to VandySafe, which is run by Vanderbilt University Public Safety. This app allows students to contact VUPD and is the go-to for safety content on campus.
