Swarnim Neema is a highly motivated third-year Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering program. He is dedicated to advancing the field of Emerging Nano Devices. Under the expert guidance of Dr. Mona Ebrish, he conducts research focused on simulation-assisted design and fabrication of rad-hard wide-bandgap semiconductor devices, specifically for efficient power electronic applications.
Apart from his research, Swarnim is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He enjoys teaching and mentoring young minds with the goal of inspiring curiosity and a love for scientific pursuit. As a Nanoguide, he is committed to empowering his students to explore and discover the exciting world of nanodevices.
