Overview
Megan is interested in characterizing and optimizing the processes available within the cleanroom and the VINSE facilities. She graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree with minors in Material Science and Engineering Management and was a previous member of the Undergraduate Technical Crew. She has experience with process development on many capabilities within the cleanroom, including sputter deposition, photolithography mask design and fabrication, photolithography recipe development, and sample dicing and preparation. In VINSE, Megan trains users on cleanroom equipment and helps them develop novel processes for their research, adapts and organizes coursework for outreach programs, coordinates the Undergraduate Technical Crew, and maintains and troubleshoots equipment. She is also the Cleanroom Lead for the NanoGuide program.
