Oven

Standard ovens are available for various user needs.  The ThermoScientific Heratherm OGS 60 is typically operated at 200 oC to keep samples dehydrated and ready for processing, and the Yamato Drying Oven DX 300 is normally operated at 65 oC for PDMS curing.  Contact cleanroom staff if other conditions are needed.
