Solar Testing

The solar cell test bed is used to characterize the electrical properties of solar cells under illumination.  An Oriel Instruments 100W Xenon Lamp with a AM1.5g filter provides 1 sun illumination which can be passed through a Cornerstone 130 Monochromater as needed.  A Keithley 2400 SMU controlled by a Python script enables dark and light IV curve measurements, data visualization, and data analysis.
