Cleanroom Glovebox

The nitrogen glovebox is used for storage and processing of oxygen- and moisture-sensitive materials.  A spincoater and hotplate are available inside the glovebox to apply air-sensitive coatings such as organic thin films to samples.  The glovebox has access doors to the Angstrom Resistive and Multimode deposition chambers, allowing for sample loading and deposition on and of sensitive materials without air exposure.  Large and small antechambers are also available for efficient transit of materials in and out of the glovebox.
