The Prusa SL1 is a masked stereolithography (MSLA) 3D printer for producing parts layer-by-layer with fine features and a smooth surface finish.  Both tough and flexible resins are available with this tool.

Capabilities

  • Print size and resolution:
    • LCD resolution: 5'', 2560×1440p
    • Print volume size: 120×68×150 mm
    • Suggested layer heights: 0.025-0.1 mm
    • Minimum layer height: 0.01 mm
    • Smallest lateral feature size obtained experimentally: 0.025 mm
  • Supported materials:
    • Prusament Tough Resin
    • Prusament Flexible Resin
  • Print time:
    • Layer exposure time of 6 - 8 seconds depending on material and layer height
    • Tilt time between layers of 5 - 8 seconds
  • Resin tank:
    • Resin level sensor
    • Motorized tilting bed for increased print speed and reliability
  • External computer with Prusa Slicer software compatible with stl, obj, 3mf, and amf file types for slicing and file conversion
  • Quick-release platform for easy print removal and cleaning
  • External washing, drying, and curing station (CW1) compatible with quick-release platform
  • Connectivity: USB, Wi-Fi
