About the Presenter:
Elizabeth Rose is a Global Health Education Specialist at the Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health, the Assistant Director for Global Health track in the Vanderbilt Master of Public Health Program, and a Program Manager for the University of Zambia-Vanderbilt University Partnership (a NIH D43 grant). She is passionate about helping learners of all ages connect the dots between their past experiences, current passions, and future plans.
Elizabeth studied education at Xavier University and then taught computers for four years in urban Chicago. She moved to Nashville for graduate school at Vanderbilt, where she was the first dual degree student in the joint Master of Education in International Education Policy and Management and Master of Public Health in Global Health program. She is pursuing a Doctor of Education with a focus in Organizational Leadership Studies through Northeastern University’s remote program.
