New UTCs announced!

VECTOR was successful in its bid for a Tier I University Transportation Center (UTC) with the University of Wisconsin as part of its CFIRE consortium. The UTC will be focused on freight and work is expected to begin soon. The 2012 UTC recipients are listed here. Other members of the consortium include the University of Memphis (southern hub lead), Michigan Tech, Alabama-Huntsville, Illinois-Chicago, Southern Mississippi, Toledo, Wisconsin-Superior, and Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
