Natalie Souza

Natalie Souza is the Program Coordinator for the Vanderbilt Policy Accelerator, where she supports the team’s operations, communications, and program coordination. 

Previously, Natalie worked as a high school educator and public library assistant. She graduated from Belmont University with a B.A. in English and Secondary Education. She is originally from Connecticut and is currently based in Nashville.
