Bennett A. Landman, Director of the Vanderbilt Lab for Immersive AI Translation (VALIANT) and Stevenson Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering, has been elevated to IEEE Fellow by the Board of Directors of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). This prestigious recognition celebrates Landman’s contributions to MRI harmonization—the integration of diverse imaging data across multiple sites—and his work in data-driven modeling in medical image processing.
In addition to his leadership at VALIANT, Landman directs the Medical‐image Analysis and Statistical Interpretation (MASI) lab at Vanderbilt, where he continues to drive innovation in medical imaging technologies.
