The HRLB lab aims to facilitate data-driven computer vision and AI on ultra-high resolution image analysis as well as multi-modal data representation and learning. Our current focus efforts on quantifying high-resolution and spatial-temporal data from microscopy imaging techniques, including renal pathology, cancer pathology, cytology, remote sensing, and computational biology. The quantitative imaging information is associated with molecular, genetic, and clinical features for precise diagnosis and treatment.
