Spring Into a Career In Data Science – Spotlight on Panelist Eleanor Beers
Eleanor Beers is a Master’s in Data Science candidate at Vanderbilt University, bringing a unique interdisciplinary background in political science, data science, and strategy. She is currently a Strategy Intern at Nissan and an incoming Technology Consulting Staff at EY, where she focuses on data-driven decision-making and AI applications in business.
A former Data Science for Social Good (DSSG) Fellow at Vanderbilt’s Data Science Institute, Eleanor has worked on projects leveraging AI, machine learning, and automation to improve accessibility and education. She previously served as a Research Fellow, applying data science methods to real-world challenges.
Before transitioning into data science, Eleanor was a Division I student-athlete, competing for Vanderbilt’s swim team and earning SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition. Her passion lies in bridging data science with business strategy, ensuring data-driven solutions create lasting impact.
