Tutoring Services Spring 2025 Schedule – Now LIVE!
We’re excited, as always, to continue serving the Vanderbilt community at Tutoring Services this Spring. Our Spring 2025 schedule is now live on WCOnline, meaning that appointments can now be booked for the Spring Semester.
Spring 2025 Opening and Closure Dates and times
For Spring 2025, tutoring appointments will be available starting Wednesday January 8 during our regular hours from 1:00pm through closing at 9:00pm, Sundays through Thursdays. Our Spring tutoring appointments will end for the semester on Wednesday April 30.
New “Welcome” page!
For Spring 2025, Tutoring Services is rolling out a new welcome page for better visibility. After login, you will see two oval buttons, the top button will link to our main tutoring schedule, titled “One-on-One, Group, and Drop-in Tutoring”, and the lower will link to our partner affiliated schedule with the Bishop Joseph Johnson Black Cultural Center, so titled. This Welcome page is intended to provide more visibility and access across various technologies and systems, however there is bound to be some troubleshooting required as we work to make it seamless. New combined one-on-one, groups, and drop-in hour schedule
Another new change you might notice is the new schedule titled “Tutoring – Main Schedule Spring 2025”. This schedule holds all of our one-on-one hours and will also hold all current and forthcoming Drop-In Hour sessions as well as the Roundtable group sessions, both at our main location at 1801 Edgehill as well as our satellite location at the Commons Fireside Lounge. For Spring 2025, we will no longer have a separate Group Schedule. All tutoring sessions will be housed in this new Tutoring – Main Schedule Spring 2025. This is in another effort to provide more visibility and access across various technologies and systems. Tutoring Services student job application open for start date of Fall 2026!
We are opening our tutoring application early this year to give interested students plenty of time to view and reach out with any questions. Go to our website under Student Jobs: STEM Tutor Jobs, and look over the information. The completed application deadline will be Sunday, March 23, 11:59 p.m., Central Standard Time. Spring 2025 Closures
Appointments will not be available this Spring on the following dates during university holidays and breaks.
- Monday, January 20 – Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- Sunday, March 9, through Sunday, March 16 – Spring Break
