Tutoring Services’ Group Schedule is now open and booking appointments for Fall 2024. Our Fall 2024 schedule for Weekly Learning Roundtables is now live on WCOnline, meaning that appointments can now be booked for the Fall Semester. Our first individual 1-1 sessions begin last week, Monday, August 26 and appointments are starting to fill up! That’s why we’ve opened up additional tutoring programming in our main location and at our satellites, to give you more options and flexibility.
- As always, our individual (One-on-one or 1-1) appointments are the most coveted. These sessions are 50 minutes long and open to all currently enrolled Vanderbilt students. You may access the 1-1 Schedule from our homepage or go here for a Guide on How to Make a Tutoring Appointment.
- In addition to one-on-one tutoring sessions, Tutoring Services offers different types of Group-based learning support:
All Group-based learning support types are held in-person at the various Tutoring Services locations around campus. Please follow the links above for detailed information on each type of session. You may also look directly in our online scheduler (WCOnline) and select Group Schedule to see if we offer a Weekly Learning Roundtable in the STEM course you need. Drop-In Hour sessions and Pair Appointment sessions are currently made through our Individual 1-on-1 Schedule.
As per our Appointment Policies, appointments can be scheduled via our online scheduler (WCOnline) up to 7 days in advance with a limit of one individual appointment per day and two individual appointments per week in fall (three per week in spring), with the option of holding a similar number of group appointments.

Fall 2024 Opening and Closure Dates
For Fall 2024, Tutoring appointments will be available starting Monday, August 26, through Thursday, December 12, during our updated hours starting at 1:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm, Sundays through Thursdays.
As always, however, the best way to see current availability across all our locations, including our satellite locations, is to view all details on our website or sign into WCOnline using the “Schedule an Appointment” button on our homepage.
Fall 2024 Closures
Appointments will not be available this fall on the following dates during university holidays and breaks.
- Thursday, October 10, through Friday, October 11, 2024 – Fall Break
- Sunday, November 24, through Sunday, December 1, 2024 – Thanksgiving Break
