Normal access to Tutoring Services’ scheduling platform appears to have resumed. Thank you for your patience and flexibility this afternoon during our brief technical difficulties described below.
If you continue to receive a “This site can’t be reached” message when attempting to sign into our online scheduler, please call our front desk at 615-343-2225 or email us at tutoring@vanderbilt.edu.

Tutoring Services remains open today, Tuesday, 9/21/21, but as of this afternoon many users following the “Schedule an Appointment” links on our website are receiving a “This site can’t be reached” error message.*
If you have an appointment scheduled for today, please plan to come as usual.
For appointment questions, please call our front desk at 615-343-2225 or email us at tutoring@vanderbilt.edu.
*Some users have been able to access our online schedule as usual using the Firefox browser, but this has not been the case for everyone. Others report that they are able to access the site as long as they are not on Vanderbilt wifi.
