Experienced Product Designer and Climate Venture Builder with a demonstrated history of working in renewable energy and early technology commercialization.

I felt lucky to start my career as a lead design engineer working on sustainable packaging redesign. Unfortunately, the more that I learned about the manufacturing industry, the more attuned I was to greenwashing. The deeper I thought about what I wanted to do with my life, the environmental movement came to the forefront of my attention. So, I decided to realign my personal beliefs with my work and dove headfirst into renewable energy. I spent 4.5 years as a renewable energy developer (building approximately 500 MW of PV + BESS projects), started (or helped to start 4 companies including a circular packaging company), worked for two Climate Venture Capital Firms, and then last year joined Yale’s MBA program focused on environmental innovation. Today, I am the CEO of my own Power-to-Liquid fuel company where we have developed a reactor that can convert captured CO2 into renewable fuels to displace virgin fossil fuels in an effort to reduce the amount of new carbon being added to the atmosphere each year.
