Mark has over 25 years of experience building enterprise software businesses from early stage to IPO, including ModelN, SPI Dynamics (acquired by HP), SecureWorks (acquired by Dell; IPO SCWX), ControlScan (acquired by EchoSat), and Loudcloud (IPO Opsware; acquired by HP). He has had success helping create and launch new market categories and scaling technology businesses from pre-revenue to $500M. Mark also serves as an Independent Board member on a number of SaaS early to mid-stage businesses. Mark received his Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
