I believe in a people-first culture. To me, this means creating the space for people to grow, succeed, and make a difference in their work and in their lives. It means recognizing their greatness and mentoring their journeys. Motivating everyone (at every level) to reach heights they may not have realized they were capable of reaching.

My background includes building global finance and accounting organizations from scratch, leading the world’s fastest SAP implementation project, integrating operations following Apple’s $3B acquisition of Beats Electronics, and serving as a financial executive for a $4B public entity.
