Built’s Chief Operating Officer, Jamie Ikerd, has a deep strategy, finance, and executive leadership background with expertise in accretive analytics, systems, structures, processes, and brand blueprinting. She has 15 years of experience in the strategy and finance verticals with an emphasis in technology, hospitality, and development. Jamie leads Built’s day-to-day business operations – including Finance, Corp Dev, Strategy & Ops, People, Legal and Security Teams – working closely with leaders and teams to maximize the potential of Built’s vision, strategy and team.

Prior to joining Built, Jamie was the CFO for a CRE Development Co. In the role, she experienced firsthand the many capital pressure points related to the construction planning and financing process. Jamie joined the Built Leadership team in early Q1 2020, passionate about improving the financial performance of those building and managing the world around us.

Jamie’s previous leadership roles include: COO for a high-growth, multi-brand Lifestyle Co.; Principal @ Strategic Advisory Practice for high-potential startups / high-growth organizations; Consultant @ Bain & Company; and an Analyst @ Lehman Brothers, Tech Vertical

She holds a Bachelor’s in finance and international business & marketing from The University of Georgia and an MBA in strategy & finance from Vanderbilt University.
