Holding a vast experience in the Tech & Business Process Outsourcing Industry, Esteban has led large design and engineering operations with highly geographically distributed & culturally diverse teams.  He dreams of making the world a better place and puts that idea at the center of everything he does: in his current role at Globant he seeks reinvention through an innovative approach to transform organizations and communities. He’s passionate for growing clients’ businesses by finding their true purpose and making them sustainable over time. Having worked across many different domains in the private sector, Esteban led consulting efforts in Argentina for cooperatives in the agricultural sector fostering economic participation in local communities and fighting against environmental degradation.

Esteban grew up in Argentina and recently relocated to Nashville. After completing his tech degree in Computer Science, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Buenos Aires School of Law, specializing in Business & Economics Law. He also holds an MBA from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and is a certified Agile methodologies practitioner.
