I’ve been working in financial planning and analysis and working capital management for over 15 years at companies ranging from startup to global publicly traded. Through my experiences, I saw first hand the right ways to organize businesses, maximize and optimize cash flow, strategically negotiate and structure contracts, and increase probability for success.
