Colleen Flynn joined FINTOP Capital as Chief of Staff in November 2022.  

Colleen began her career with the Broadcast and Marketing departments at the Nashville Predators NHL club. She returned to Vanderbilt for business school, concentrating in Corporate Strategy & Entrepreneurship. As an MBA student, she held a series of roles with ModernCapital (Build In SE), the National Football League, Country Music Association, and Vanderbilt C4E. After graduation, Colleen joined the operations team at a fintech startup focused on the mortgage industry. Most recently, she worked as a Community Manager for a blockchain-focused investment DAO.  

Colleen holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management. She is a lifelong equestrian & history buff.
