Colleen Dowd has been a leader, problem solver, and mentor for 30+ years, including 23 at the largest private healthcare provider system in the country where she enjoyed a variety of responsibilities. She managed departments when logistics, operations, technology and corporate culture needed to change to align with company strategies.

Colleen created and managed a JV between two large health systems and successfully centralized (people, processes, and technology) several complex departments within a large, matrixed healthcare corporation. Her interests include operationalizing and centralizing departments, building new work teams, utilizing project management principles to drive scalable business process and technology implementations and change management.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Health Science from The Johns Hopkins University. When not at work, Colleen is planning her next travel adventure, hanging out with her pandemic pup or sitting in a theater watching a live performance.
