Charlie Johnson is an experienced entrepreneur and operations leader with over 15 years of experience building and growing companies. Currently, Charlie is a partner at Eidolon Capital, a private investment firm that focuses on lower middle market acquisitions ($2mm-$10mm in EBITDA).

Previously, Charlie was building and growing companies like LevelUp (acquired by Grubhub), Toast POS (initial public offering in 2021), and ecomALLIES (acquired by Kilroy Holdings). He has worked in and managed teams across a variety of functional areas, with a heavy emphasis on systems and process development to support data-driven decision making and to enable faster scaling of the organization.
