Aaron Ogunro is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office of Polsinelli, a national law firm. He is a proud Double ‘Dore as an undergraduate and law school alumnus of Vanderbilt University. Aaron focuses on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, as well as technology transactions. He has vast experience working with early stage organizations and large corporations across various industries. Aaron regularly advises clients on state, federal, and international data privacy laws and regulations and also drafts and negotiates complex agreements, such as software licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, and data processing agreements. Aaron thoroughly enjoys listening to entrepreneurs and founders about their great ideas and helping them understand their legal rights and obligations.
