How to Make a Box
This workshop took place on February 23rd at 4pm until 6pm in the Wond’ry Makerspace with Instructor Kevin Galloway the Director of Making. This workshop explored several methods for making a box and making it look good. Topics covered in the workshop were simple wood joining techniques to rapidly assemble box frames, steps for laser cutting box panels, vacuum forming shells, and the basics of 80/20 aluminum frames with laser cut acrylic panels. This workshop was free to all Vanderbilt students, staff, and faculty.
