The Wond’ry operates a variety of programs for innovation, design, social impact, and entrepreneurship. There are plenty of ways to get involved and get creative!
Ideator
It all starts with an idea! For aspiring Vanderbilt entrepreneurs, Ideator offers a 5-week program teaching you the skills to successfully assess your innovative ideas, present them well, find your customers, and evaluate the viability of your potential for-profit or non-profit ventures.

Innovation Garage
Innovating within existing businesses is a unique process. Innovation Garage pairs Vanderbilt student teams with corporate sponsors to identify and develop a new and creative solution to an existing problem in an industry. Students gain firsthand experience in dealing with high-profile clients through the entire development cycle of a project, from idea to execution.

Social Venture Think Tank
Learn to design human centered interventions for social impact. The Social Venture Think Tank matches interdisciplinary teams of students with a local organization, public office, or business to address a social, economic, or environmental issue in the Nashville community.
Builder
Are you ready to take that entrepreneurial leap? Builder provides a an 9-week, step-by-step guide to launching your early-stage venture. Led by Wond’ry Mentors, Builder is the perfect next step for graduates of the Ideator program, entrepreneurs with a validated and market-ready product or technology, or individuals who would like to learn how to launch a non-profit or for-profit venture.
Innovation Consulting Program
Academic and research pursuits have numerous professional applications outside of the lab. The Wondr’y Innovation Consulting Program teaches graduate-level and professional students how to combine subject matter expertise and business skills to develop solutions for corporate, startup, and academic clients.
