Needs Finding Workshop
Curious about innovation or entrepreneurship but unsure where to begin? How does someone even develop an idea that’s worth pursuing? The Needs Finding Workshop will allow participants to explore concepts and tools developed from the Needfinding: Design Research and Planning curriculum created by Dev Patnaik.
This is a half day workshop involving hands on activities both individually and within a team. Lunch will be provided and this workshop will be in partnership with the Vanderbilt Graduate and PostDoctoral Scholars from the Career Center.
This workshop will explore:
- How to discover people's explicit and implicit needs
- How to incorporate facets of design research and planning
- Asking insightful questions to map a human's emotions and actions
