The Lightning Accelerator is a biomedical accelerator that will aid in closing the gaps between academic research, biomedical innovation commercialization, and entrepreneurship at Vanderbilt University and the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, while improving economic development opportunities across campus, the city and region. This tailored program helps de-risk ideas and build a roadmap to transform innovation into a solution that has real world commercial and human impact.

Bloom is based on a clinically proven, scientific method which has been found to have similar efficacy to the birth control pill (99% effective with perfect use).

PopCheckTechnologies

Developing the first digital platform that aims to improve patient outcomes by focusing exclusively on the postoperative phase of care. By combining novel AI-enabled connected devices designed to remotely monitor for the development of surgical complications like venous clots, our solution will foster earlier diagnosis and treatment not attainable with current management strategies.

Entirely Well

Entirely Well is focused on saving consumers time, money, and pain – giving them control of their vaginal health. Their anti-bacterial and anti-fungal biotech is applied to applications such as personal lubricant, wipes, washes, condoms, and more! Creating an unforgettable preventative care experience.
