Event Services Associate
This role supports all areas of the Student Centers operation, fluidly connecting operations, customer service, facilities, and A/V in order to provide the optimal guest experience. Event Services Associates (ESA) share responsibility for ticket sales, event logistics, audio-visual equipment troubleshooting, and other duties. The ESA position is open to both undergraduate and graduate students, with a starting pay of $10/hr. Associates maintain a weekly schedule of at least 8 hours and shifts may be scheduled throughout the day, 7 am-11 pm.
Production Services Associate
Our Production Services team provides audio/visual and technical support for events taking place under Student Centers’ purview. On-site, Production Services Associates (PSA) organize and control event projection, audio, lighting, and more. Additionally, PSAs assist with the maintenance of AV equipment utilized in our meeting and event spaces. The PSA position is open to undergraduate and graduate students, with a start pay rate of $10/hr. Previous experience with audio-visual equipment is preferred. PSAs maintain a weekly schedule of at least 8 hours and shifts may be scheduled throughout the day, 7 am-11 pm.
Events Specialist
The Events Specialist supports reservations within an area of Student Centers’ oversight. The role fluidly connects event logistics, customer service, and facilities management, to provide the optimal client experience. This role is available to all students, with a starting pay of $13/hr. Events Specialists maintain a weekly schedule of at least 12 hours and shifts may be scheduled throughout the day, 7a-11p. Nights and weekend availability are required.
Promotional Opportunities (Internal applicants only)
After working with our team for an introductory period, associates are eligible to interview for several managerial positions on the team. These positions share responsibility for leadership and operations, alongside their specific role assignments and projects. Managers have a starting pay rate of $12/hr and maintain a weekly schedule of at least 12 hours.

Human and Organizational Development Internships
Each semester, our office hosts 1-2 Human and Organizational Development (HOD) interns to complete their capstone requirements. We work collaboratively on a project target and support each student’s aspirational goals. HOD interns are compensated at $10/hr and maintain a weekly schedule of at least 28 hours.
