Escalation: Dating Violence Workshop

The Escalation Workshop is a 90-minute training consisting of a video and facilitated discussion on the topic of relationship violence. Participants learn about the prevalence and warning signs of dating violence and how to support a friend.

Get Out of My Life: Stalking and Harassment
Wednesday, January 17

In honor of January’s Stalking Awareness Month, come learn about how to recognize the warning signs of stalking and harassment, and what resources are available.

Yoga for Trauma Survivors
Tuesday, January 30

Center for Student Wellbeing
In collaboration with the Center for Student Wellbeing, Project Safe will be offering a 90 minute program for Survivors of Trauma. The first 30 minutes will be an informative session about the ways trauma impacts the body and the benefits of yoga practice. The last hour will be an opportunity for students to practice newly learned skills. Students of all levels are welcome to join.

Creating Healthy Boundaries

This presentation discusses the importance of healthy boundaries in many different types of relationships. Participants will learn to think about what their own boundaries are, how to understand someone else’s boundaries, and how to navigate relationships when their own boundaries are not being respected.
