Transition Programs – Embracing Your Stress

The Office of Transition Programs in partnership with the Center for Student Wellbeing will host a workshop entitled “Embracing Your Stress” on November 8th from 6:00 to 7:30 pm in Alumni Hall Room 100.  This engaging session will provide students with an opportunity to learn more about how to manage their stress and strengthen personal wellbeing. Please pass this along to any students who you think might benefit from this workshop!
