SkyVU Training Options for Staff

In preparation for the transition, SkyVU has recently released trainings available to staff through The Learning Exchange. Please take a look at the list below and register for those that are applicable to you. Space is limited in the LIVE trainings (noted below).

Trainings Available:

  • Oracle Cloud Employee Self-Service (Personal Information)–Online Module
  • Time Reporting (Offerings for Exempt AND Non-Exempt employees)–Online Module
  • Expense Reports–Online Modules and LIVE Class (offered various dates between 10/23 and 11/15–book your space NOW!) It is recommended to complete the online modules on expense reports before attending the live class.
  • Purchasing (Online Catalog, Smart Forms, Submitting Requsitions)–Online Module

To enroll in a workshop:

(1) Log into the Learning Exchange

(2) Sign On with your VUnetID and password

(3) In the Find a Course box type “SkyVU”

(4) Results will include a course titled “SkyVU Learning Program: Training for Vanderbilt Employees

(5) Enroll in the learning program. Everyone enrolled will receive direct emails from the SkyVU team every time a new class if offered.

(6) Open the “SkyVU Learning Program: Training for Vanderbilt Employees” curriculum

(7) Click View next to the workshop name to view the available sessions and select the one you want to view/attend.
