This presentation is an overview of gaslighting as a form of psychological abuse in relationships. Attendees will learn how to recognize examples of gaslighting and how it is used to cause someone to question their reality. Additionally they will learn how to support a friend how is the victim of gaslighting and discourage gaslighting behavior.
