Building Inclusive Communities: Safe Spaces

IICC will be having its monthly Talk About It Thursday’s professional development session on Thursday January 19^th in Sarratt 216/220 from 12-1:30pm. The session is entitled “Building Inclusive Communities: Safe Spaces” and will take a look at how the recent conversations surrounding universities declaring themselves to be “safe spaces” for groups of people that have been historically and currently marginalized has been shaped through the media perception of these ideas.
