IICC Signature Trainings

Diversity and inclusion trainings open to all faculty, staff, and students. The three-training series will be offered in fall 2016 and again in spring 2017. We encourage everyone to take these trainings in the following order as each builds off of each other.

1. Awareness: Developing Cultural Competence (Sept. 20/22)
2. Action: Developing Cultural Competence (Oct. 26/27)
3. Facilitating Difficult Conversations & Recovering from Mistakes (Nov. 14/15)
