Experience Program Spring Event Applications Due TODAY
DOS Staff and Campus Partners,
Thank you to everyone who has been a partner to-date in the My Vanderbilt Experience and Greek Member Experience Programs. We are now accepting applications for potential Spring 2016 events to be included in these programs. Many of your offices already have spring events included that were submitted in August. If there are any events that been developed or finalized since that time, we ask you to complete this form to have your programs considered for inclusion. Applications are due TODAY, December 1st by 5pm and will be reviewed by a group of staff and students.
We are looking for primarily for large scale programs that provide meaningful opportunities for student learning and engagement that supplement the current offerings. Events must fulfill the following criteria to be considered:
- Open to all undergraduate students
- Last a minimum of 45 minutes
- Free or limited cost
- Capacity for 100+ students to participate (*A limited # of smaller programs may be selected based on the topic but most must accommodate a large number of students)
- Clearly outlined learning outcomes for the program
- Event registered in Anchor Link by December 11th
- Attendance diligently tracked in Anchor Link
- My Vanderbilt Experience and/or Greek Member Experience information included in event PR

If you would like to submit multiple events on different topics please complete this form for each separate event or instance. If you have a program or performance that includes the exact same content on multiple dates (ex. a performance or training), please complete this form only once and list all dates.
