Rachel Winston joins DOS

Rachel Winston joined DoS in 310 Sarratt at the front desk effective July 13, 2015.  Rachel transferred from the Medical Center where she had been working as an Access Specialist at the Vanderbilt Primary Care – Green Hills facility.
